chickletpsls The world they landed in was... perhaps odd at a first glance. Medieval earth looking buildings and streets at a glance. Today seems to be some sort of market day so people are wandering about shopping at all sorts of tented stalls. Soldiers in plate mail, wearing swords watched over everything to keep the peace.
Now for some, none of that might have been odd. The observant might notice that most people have hair that is in the blond or light brown ranges. In fact there are exactly two black haired people in the whole market and one red haired person. And that is it for breaking away from the blond to light brown range. Those three happen to be together with a tall blond man and a blond teenage girl. And they seem to be getting a lot of attention.
Perhaps it is because one of the two men with black hair had what looked like dog ears coming out of is short hair and a tail. But he's not the only one around with animal features, just the only one in that group. Here and there, mostly working - though some are shopping - are other people with the occasional odd horn or tail or unusual ears.
So maybe there is some other reason that the small group is drawing attention. Closer observation would prove it isn't as much the group as... the red haired woman and the black haired man that looked fully human. The couple seemed oblivious to the attention, though the dark haired man with the dog ears didn't miss much. Or anything. Like the stranger now studying his lady.........
